GUIDELINES - PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING

Welcome to Fan Fiction! Please read through this and if you have any questions, send a Private Message to one of the Admins/Mods.

If this is your first time posting Fan Fiction to TwilightersAnonymous you will need to submit your chapter by email to fanficmods@twilightersanonymous.com. Your story will be reviewed by a moderator and you will be told when you can post it to the board. When we proofread we will be looking at spelling, grammar and basic content. By basic content we mean appropriate theme and appropriate language. We encourage a family atmosphere at TwilightersAnonymous and to protect the under age posters we have compiled guidelines to help you know what we consider appropriate.

1) No foul language. If your fan fiction contains foul language please replace the foul language with more acceptable words. Derogatory words or attitudes will not be tolerated in any writing.

2) No graphic, sexual words or sexual situations beyond PG-13. If you are unsure, a Moderator will rate your fan fiction for you before you can post it. (see rating explanations below)

3) There is no limit on length but post each chapter of your story separately (in different posts on the same thread) so it is not one big run on - meaning impossible to read.

4)*If your fiction is Twilight related - ie vampires, werewolves, shapeshifters, etc - post it in
TWILIGHT INSPIRED FAN FICTION
*If your story is a Real Person Fiction or All-Human Fiction, it must be posted in
REAL PERSON FICTION/ALL-HUMAN FICTION
*If your story is NOT Twilight related it must be posted in
NON TWILIGHT RELATED STORIES.
*If your story is a short story or a one-shot Twilight related or not, it must be posted in
SHORT STORIES/ONE SHOTS
*If your work is a poem, song, or other kind of writing it should be posted in
FAN POETRY, SONGS, & OTHER WRITINGS

5) Your post must be YOUR story, no plagiarizing (no posting of stories without recognizing the author)

If you violate any of the above rules, you will be required to change your story.

If you continue to violate the rules you may not be allowed to post any of your fan fiction and your fan fiction(s) will be deleted.

You will be asked to make a heading at the beginning of your first chapter that will follow this format:

Ratings explanation:

G - General Audiences - Nothing objectionable. Very mild language may exist.

PG - Stories may contain some mild language, crude humor, sexual themes, scary moments and/or violence.

PG-13 - May contain mild sexual content, humor, mature themes, terror and/or intense action violence.

Absolutely NOT allowed:
Profanity, graphic sexuality, nudity, strong violence, scariness, gore, sex, aberrational behavior, or any other elements which the moderators or administrators disapprove of.

Once a story has been completed, it will remain on the board for 2 weeks then both it and the comment thread for the story will be moved to the Completed Fiction Board. Any story that has gone 6 months or more without an update will be placed in an Inactive file. If your story has been removed from the board, please see one of the Fan Fiction moderators to retreive it.
