Kristen

She bit her lip squeezing his hand again as she watched the screen awaiting the image to appear on the screen, she was already feeling her eyes filling with tears of happyness again even though there was nothing to see yet. Last time had been the most amazing and beautiful experience, but there had been something missing and that was Rob, this time he'd be here to  see there baby, to hear there baby's heartbeat and not have to listen to it secondhand over a phone. She watched as Rob stared at the screen he shifted forward in his chair his eyebrows furrowing she was about to ask what was wrong when his face changed again as the image finally became clear."There you go... he or she were hiding from us" the Doctor spoke she heard a gasp come from Claire..and when she looked at her she had a hand over her mouth and the biggest smile on her face, Jules was also looking on with pride..suddendly Rob spoke saying Oh no and something about a flat nose.. which Claire scoffed at and told him to stop being rediclous because there was no way you could tell that yet. Kristen chuckled squeezing his hand again..just as the Doctor picked up another instrument and placed it against her tummy..suddendly the sound of a heartbeat filled the room and she announced that what there where hearing was the sound of a perfectly healthy baby. More tears filled her eyes..and she lifted ehr free hand wiped them a way.."Isn't it amazing" she asked him.

Rob:

I couldn't tear my eyes away from the screen. I didn't care what any of them said, he or she had my nose. Also seeing the baby there on the screen, kinda made me want time to hurry up because I couldn't wait to meet them. To see the tiny little fingers and toes. To know who they would look like. I let the sound of the heatbeat fill my ears. I was crazy, I should have never missed the first one. But in doing that, I think it had made this experience all the more magnificent. My mouth and throat were completely dry. I was pulled out my trance by Kristen voice, saying something around it being amazing. I dragged my eyes away from the screen and looked at her, tears welling in her eyes. "Yeah... it's..." I couldn't even begin. This was only an ultrasound. I had no idea what I'd be like then it comes to the birth. I lifted myself up alittle to kiss Kristen tenderly. "I love you, so very much" I whispered to her. "Would you like to know the sex of the baby" the doctor asked, and I was only part listening. "Yes" I said without thinking, and then realized what I said. "Oh sorry, no.. no... we're going to wait" I said my eyes moving back to the screen.

Tears r freely running down my cheeks, got blurred sight, shaking fingers and lack of breath...and of words. No enough mastering of the language* to express it fully.

Kristen

It took him a few minutes but he did eventually drag his eyes from the screen to look at her after she'd spoke asking him if was amazing as she thought it was and he smiled back widely at her saying yes it.. trailing off obviously he was finding trouble finding the right words to express the moment, that was kinda how she felt too, this time and last time..it was so overwhelming, more so this time because this time he was there to experience it with her like he was suppose to be. He lifted himself up off the seat alittle and leaned over kissing her tenderly..telling he loved her so very much, her heart swelled and more tears trickled down her cheeks.."I... love.. you too.." she choked out..she was about to kiss him again when the doctor's voice rang out startling them both alittle she was asking if they wanted to know the sex.."Uh n..." she started but he cut her off saying yes rather quickly..she frowned at him, Claire and Jules also looking surprised but pleased at the same time.."Rob I tho.." she started but again he cut her of realiazing his mistake as he corrected himself and said no they wanted to wait.. the doctor looked at hem both as if she was waiting for them to suddenly change her mind again before she finally nodded.."Okay..then a surprise it shall be" she smiled.. "Are we getting pictures again?" Claire spoke up.. "Oh yes..Kristen sweetheart please do so we can show Richard and your dad" Jules spoke before she and Claire went back to pointing and awwwing over the screen.. Kristen turned to the doctor "Umm can we get some pictures" she nodded.."Yes of course I'll be right back" and she left the room.

Rob:

I hadn't meant to to say yes. I'd be lying if I sad I didn't want to know, because I did. But I also wanted it to be a surprise, as did Kristen. So I quickly corrected myself. The doctor asked for confirmation and Kristen nodded and said we would wait. I squeezed her hand and smiled at her, looking back at the screen. I listened as the spoke about pictures and then the doctor left to go get them. "I have my doubts about it being a boy" I said. "And why might that be" my mum asked with a raised eyebrow. "Well, if he were to take after his dad, it would surely be notic....." but I was cut off. "Don't even think about finishing that sentence... that is just..." my mum warned shaking her head. "What?" I asked innocently, and they seem to shake there heads in disbelief. "So three months" I turned to Kristen and smiled. "I guess we have a lot to do in that time... getting everything perfect" lifing her hand once again to my lips and kissing it. "I'm sure we'll do fine... plus we have tweedle-de and Tweedle-dumb over here" I whispered and joked. "I heard that" my mums voice came from over my shoulder and nearly frightened me to death. "I was joking" I said, pulling an Oops face at Kristen. "Yeah well, I'll let you off.... only because right now I'm incrediable happy" she said and then came towards me and started tugging at my cheeks, like I was a five year old.

Kristen

As soon as she asked for the pictures the doctor happily obliged and left the room, when she turned Rob was back at the screen with his mom and Jules..they were pointing and talking wide smiles on there faces. Rob then spoke of his doubts about i being a boy..Kristen raised an eyebrow as Claire got in there before both she and Jules asking him why he seemed so sure about it and he started to talk saying we'll if it was it be noticeable..but he only got halfway threw the words before Claire cut him firmly telling him be better dare not finishing that sentance shaking her head her voice in a warning tone. Kristen had to bite her lip so not to laugh but Jules was looking on not at all amused as Claire spoke saying it was just..trailing off..Rob also looked like he was going to laugh before asking what? oh so innocently. Kristen really had to try hard not to laugh, but thankfully he turned to her and said three months and she nodded clearing her throat.."Yeah its went by so quick" she spoke lifting her hand and kissing it saying they had alot to do but he was sure they'd do fine, she nodded again "Yeah we'lll mana.." she started but he cut her off making a joke about having tweedle dum and tweedle see..meaning their mums. "Uh..thats not funney Rob" she spoke trying not to laugh, when suddendly Claire head appeared over his shoulder saying she'd heard that. He sighed and told her he was joking giving her an opps face that she couldn't help but laugh at. Claire just laughed and said well she'd forgive him since she was happy, pulling his cheeks alittle. Kristen laughed again as the doctor came back in clutching an envelope.

Rob:

I squirmed against my mum pinching my cheeks, "Get off" I laughed, and she did when the doctor came through the door. I rubbed my cheeks alittle as we approached us and handed Kristen a tissues to clean the gel off of her stomach. "I've just got to measure your stomach so we can check baby is growing as it should be" she smiled and pulled out a measuring tape and then measuring from the bottom of her stomach to her belly button. I stood now, right behind the doctor as she did everything see needed to, my head popping over her shoulder. "Is everything okay?" I asked, and she jumped. "Oh dear... you scared me to death" she chuckled. "Ohh that's nothing you want to try living with this one" I motioned towards Kristen. "So is everything okay" I repeated. "Yes, everything is perfectly fine, and you are gaining just the right amount of weight" she told us all. My mum and Jules were gushing over the scan pictures as the doctor moved away from Kristen and made a few notes. I took her hand and lifted her up, helping her off the bed. "Before you start moaning about being capable of getting up yourself... please ask yourself why you should, when someone else is welling to help you" I smiled at her and then chuckled. "So I've been able to elaborate on the date... and your due date is 31st December.. so don't make any plans for New Years Eve" she chuckled. "New Year Eve" I grinned. "Thats just wonderful" my mum and Jules said at the same time causing us all to chuckle as I turned to Kristen, and grabbed her face between my hands and kissed her.

Kristen

The doctor approached about to hand her the envelope but Jukes reached out and grabbed it first..where she preceded to turn to Claire both of them grinning like cheshire cats as they opened it and began gushing over then.Kristen smiled shaking her head as the doctor handed her some tissues.."Oh thanks" she said and she started wiping off the gel, the Doctor returned a few seconds later saying she needed to measure her.."Oh okay.." she said moving her hands back to her side to allow her acess, Rob was right behind her obviously curious as to what she was doing..he even  her a fright at one point..Kristen was surprised she wasn't mad or annoyed she just laughed it off and when he asked if everything was okay she nodded and told them everything was perfectly fine and she was gaining the right amount of wait. She resisted the urge to groan at that she really didn't want to get any fatter. Suddendly Rob was holding his hand out to her..she fixed her shirt and then took it letting him help her up..to which of course he had to make a smart comment saying before she started moaning that she could manage she should think about why she should when he was here to help, she just rolled her eyes standing up as he chuckled. When she turned the doctor was smiling at them file inn hand, she spoke again..saying something about her sue date..and she could be alitle more precise about it and she told them it be December 31st.. so she hadn't to make any plans for New Year's.. there was a resounding chorus of "Thats just wonderful" and they turned to see Jules and Claire laughing. Kristen laughed shaking her head then she turned back to the doctor.."We'll thank you very much.. will this be the last time I have to see you?".

Rob:

We chuckled at our mums and then Kristen turned to the doctor and told her thank you, and if it would be the last time we'd see her. The doctor nodded, "Yes... but you'll still have to have check-ups with your GP, to check your blood pressure and so one, as well as your Midwife" she smiled. "Thank you also" I said smiling and then reaching out to take Kristen's hand. "Well I wish you all the best" she said and then I was guessing it was time to leave. Jules and my mum also thanked the doctor and then we headed out the door. "So do you think we could have a look now" I said nodding towards the envelope with the scan pictures in. "Oh yeah sorry" my mum said and handed them to us. We headed out of the building and into the car park. "I'm just going to text your dad, tell him the good news" my mum beamed as she rummaged through her bag frantically. "Text" I rose and eyebrow, as we reached the car and I opened the door for Kristen. "Yes text" she said matter of factly and then got on with her business as we climbed in the car.

Kristen

The doctor informed them that yes it would be the last time, but she still needed to keep her appointments up with her GP to check her blood pressure and stuff and also with her midwife, she nodded thanking her again, and so did Rob and with that they left her hand laced with his. As they walked to the car Rob asked Claire if they could now see the picture's and she smiled saying of course handing them to him, then she spoke saying she was going to txt his dad to let him know the news which surprised Rob as he raised an eyebrow and repeated the word txt. To which Claire replied yes and she got right down to it Kristen chuckled and they all got in the car, Claire again in the front with her mom and she in the back with Rob, as Jules drove they looked threw the pictures.

Rob:

We all climbed into the car, and then Jules started up the car. I wrapped one arm around Kristen shoulders as we opened up the envelope and started looking through the pictures. "It amazes me how something so small, can have this big of an affect and need so much" I chuckled as I looked down at the different pictures. "I can't wait... for so many thing... who said Rob Pattisnon can't commit needs shooting" I joked and looked at Kristen before giving her a kiss. We were broke away from the kiss by the sound of my cell ringing. I groaned and then pulled away, reaching into my pocket and pulling out my phone, seeing it was my PA. "Hey Jen" I said. "Hey... I'm just ringing to remind you, of the Harper Bazaar photoshoot and interview this afternoon" she said. "Oh damn" I glanced at the time on my phone. "Umm... it's both of us right?" I asked. "Yes... I'll be meeting you there, with Kristen's PA... Umm... Rob ruin has it, the interview isn't so much to do with New Moon as it is of you two... I think they're hoping for confirmation over all the rumors" she told me, and ran my hand through my hair. "Okay... well talk about it, and we'll see you there" I said and then she reminded me of the location and hung up. "We have a photoshoot this afternoon with Harper Bazaar or something" I told Kristen, and then looked down at the photo's and back to Kristen. "Apparently, there hoping for confirmation about everything" I told her.

Kristen

He had his arm wrapped round her shoulder as he opened the envelope and they started looking threw them, they were truely amazing so much more so than the last set not that they weren't amazing there own way too. She listened as he said how amazing it was that something so small could have such an effect and make him need so much chuckling she chuckled with him..then he added that he couldn't wait for all of it and joking that whoeever said Rob Pattinson couldn't commit needing shooting..turning and kissing her silencing her giggles.."Mmm, we'll..I'm glad..and I love you" she muttered against his lips between kisses, whih were maybe getting alittle inappropriate considering their moms were in the car but somewhere somebody must have known and was putting a stop to it as they were intterupted by the sound of a cellphone ringing, they broke away and Rob groaned giving Kristen the indication that it was his she smiled weakly and bit her lip as he pulled it out answering it saying Hello Jen.. it was his agent. She watched as he talked with her..saying Oh damn..and then something about was it the two of them. She raised an eyebrow wandering what it was about. After another few minutes and Rob telling her they'd see her later and they'd talk about it, talk about what?? she thought after a few minutes he hung up and turned to her. "What is it?" she asked as she watched him look at the pictures then back at her before telling it they had a photoshoot this afternoon.."Uh do we?" she asked alittle surprised she couldn't remember having a photoshoot booked, then it mentioned something about conforming rumor's her eyes widened.."What?.. uh..your kidding right?".

Rob:

Kristen seemed just as surprised as I was about the phtotoshoot as I was. Obviously we'd both forgotten and had other things on our mind. Well honestly can you blame us, I think the ultrasound of our child was more important than another photoshoot. But with the sounds of it, this was going to be more than any other interview. But it was upto us to answer there questions, they couldn't force us, this was our life, and it had nothing to do with them. Kristen asked if I was kidding. and I merely shook my head "Unfortunately not... apparently it's more about us than New Moon... and then want all the gossip" I rolled my eyes and groaned, looking at her. "They can make tell them anything we don't want to. But I think everyone knows already, I mean they're just waiting on confirmation... maybe..." I couldn't believe I was saying this. "Maybe if we get it out there, they'll make off.. I don't mean give them any detail on thing, but if they ask if were married or if your pregnant, we just simply say yes" I told her, hoping she didn't feel as if I was pressuring her, because I wasn't. Honestly, if I could I would keep it to ourselves for as long as we could, but I suppose if we were to give them something to fuss around now, like I said, maybe they'll back off a bit.

Kristen

The wait for him to confirm it seemed agonizingly slow and she was really hoping he say yes when she'd asked if he was kidding but he shook his head and said unfortunatley not and he went on confirming that yes they'd be alittle about New Moon but it was more to do with them, they wanted the details, the gossip. Answers to the rumor's she supposed. She sighed as he went on saying they couldn't make them tell them anything they didn't want too.  He went on as he said he thought they knew already.. that really they just wanted confirmation and maybe..he paused..she furrowed her eyebrows.."Maybe what?.." she pushed and he sighed and spoke saying maybe if they just got it out there.. not having to go into to detail, just saying yes and that was that and maybe if they did they'd back off. She stared at him for a few seconds in somewhat shock, was he really suggesting they go completely public.. both Claire and Jules had gone silent too obviously having heard what he said. Jules was the first one to break it "Uhh Rob..are you sure thats a good idea?".

Rob:

Nobody in the car could have been more shocked by what I was saying than myself. I rubbed my eyes with the palms of my hands as Jules spoke asking if I was sure that was a good idea. I sighed rather loudly. "No.. but..." I paused. "But they are just going to push and push and push until they get what they want.. and it's not healthy. I mean they're going to follow us around 24/7 bugging us, asking question. the last thing any of us need right now is that. We have so much going on, I know it might sound selfish, but I want to be able to buy a house, and live in it for at least a week before someone finds out where it is." I said running my hand through my hair. "It might work, or it might not. But if it does, and now, by the time it comes to all the press for New moon and time for the birth, it will all be old news. Just think, when you do have the baby, and we still haven't confirmed it, the press is going to be 10 times worse than it has ever been. They'll be there every second of the day, waiting for anything" I rambled on, not really knowing if any of them realized or understood what I was saying because honestly, I wasn't too sure myself.
