It is in the baseball scene where Edward and Emmett crash and they fall down he snaps his fingers and flips emmett the bird.

That particular one didn't make the movie though. That's in the bloopers/behind the scenes. The one that made the movie is the one where Edward and Emmett clashed in mid-air. Emmett pushed Edward and he said "what are you doing?" while showing the finger.
